Richard’s career has included stints with Peat Marwick Mitchell (now KPMG) and Hodgson Hickie and he is a co-founder of Resident Association Management Limited. A published co-author of How to Manage Your Own Block of Flats, his extensive knowledge and in-depth understanding of the property rental market is second to none. Richard is a Fellow of the Institute of Residential Property Management and a fully qualified Chartered Accountant. In addition to his position at Penhurst, Richard also sits on the ARMA advisory committee.
Richard enjoys taking walks on Romney Marsh and is a keen student of history.
