The renovation of Battersea Power Station continues to bring a new energy to the area. As part of the project the neighbouring areas of Vauxhall and Nine Elms are also being regenerated. Apple has taken 500,000 sq. ft of office space as its European headquarters and a £13 million NHS centre is planned. An extension to the Northern Line will be completed in 2021 and the US Embassy has recently relocated to a new eco-sustainable building in Nine Elms.
With such a strong focus on Battersea, the only way is up!
